Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 23, 2026

Welcome to K Luxury Fragrances. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://kluxuryfragrances.us and purchases made through our online store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any applicable policies referenced here.

Online Store Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes and to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. You must not misuse our website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our fragrance products accurately. Product images and colors may appear slightly different depending on your device and display settings.

Please review the product listing carefully, including the fragrance name, size, concentration, packaging, and other stated characteristics, before placing an order.

Any brand names and trademarks used to identify products remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not, by itself, indicate an official partnership or endorsement.

Prices and Payments

Product prices and the applicable currency are displayed on our website. Available payment methods, shipping charges, and applicable taxes will be presented during checkout where required.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors and to contact customers if an order requires clarification, subject to applicable law.

Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not guarantee that an item will remain available or that fulfillment has been completed.

We may decline, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law, including where there is a genuine inventory issue, suspected fraud, an authorization problem, or an obvious listing error. If payment has been collected for an order that we cannot fulfill, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, charges, destinations, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and eligible cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including original text, graphics, design elements, and other materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use protected content without appropriate authorization.

Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, and other functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our website and its content are provided subject to applicable legal warranties and consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Any permitted limitation of liability applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to our business and transactions, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers in their jurisdiction.
