• For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
• Eligible items will be replaced or refunded in full.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
